From the moment you walk into the building, it feels calm, pleasant, and like a favorite comfy sweater. The building is clean, well maintained, and the equipment is obviously up to date!! All the staff I met were welcoming, happy, and intent on making me feel at ease. The dental hygienist was kind, very pleasant, and knowledgeable; the Dr. was absolutely wonderful as well. I think I may have FINALLY found my forever dental care “home” Thank you!!!

Such a wonderful place. They were kind and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable in the chair and I even used a weighted blanket to make sure I was extra comfy. They were nice and very professional and explained everything thoroughly. I even left with a delicious complimentary cookie. 10/10 recommend this dentist.

I absolutely hate the dentist. A legitimate fear that resulted with my poor teeth health. However, as soon as I walked into the office I felt this peace. My nurse was amazing and sweet. I made sure to let them know my anxiety, and they made me feel like I was going to be okay. I haven’t felt safe in a dentist office until today. Thank you General Care Dentistry for showing care to me throughout your practice and helping me save my teeth!

I’ve been going to Gentle Dental for over 18 years, and have never had a problem. All of the staff are fantastic. They are always super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Devin has been my hygienist for years. She makes me feel comfortable when in the chair and keeps the mood light. I can’t speak for everyone but going to the dentist office can be nerve wracking and she makes it less nerve wracking. The office staff is always polite and they have a warm atmosphere.

Hands down, the best dentist I have ever had! Everyone is so kind and personable. It makes going to the dentist stress free! My teeth have never felt healthier and I look forward to going every 6 months!

I have extreme dental phobia. Going to Gentle Care Dentistry has been the least stressful dental appointment I’ve ever experienced. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

For our first time being there, having 3 teeth pulled. It was a great experience. The staff took their time with us and was very supportive towards us. My wife is Chinese and they took their time explaining everything to her. Great job! Thank you for helping us out!

They were great! I had a crown that an other Dentist put on come loose and they got me in right away. It was great to have the Dr. And assistant both tell my how it was going to get fixed and if they couldn’t make the crown work they would make a new one for me. They were very efficient and got me in and out very timely. The crown is on and holding. This is my new Dentist office to go to. All of the staff was very helpful.

It was my family’s first time at Gentle Care. We just moved back to New Mexico around Las Cruces. The kids were comfortable with the staff and dentists during their treatment. I was also impressed by the staff’s and dentists their knowledge and professionalism with me and my children. I met most of the dentists and staff through the family’s visit. I am very happy with the service and care the family received there.

I love this place, can’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly professional, highly skilled and caring staff, spa-type comforts that make the visits relaxing and actually enjoyable, and Dr Thomas and my hygienist, Haley, are simply awesome. Hard to believe how much I look forward to my dental appointments!

They provide amazing care and make me feel very comfortable. I have a fear of dentist from a childhood experience and this is the only place that addresses this fear and makes me feel relaxed about going to the dentist. Dr. Marketto, both are great and staff is very professional, attentive and knowledgeable.

The best staff, office manner and attitude! I’m always impressed with the “goodies” offered before and after my visit. I won’t tell you what they are as it’s always a new surprise!!! Plenty of parking, a great office camaraderie, and clean, clean, clean! 5 stars, absolutely!

My teen daughter is autistic and has been to Gentle Care Dentistry twice. Each time she has left this place feeling awesome! The staff are all so kind, caring, gentle, understanding, and treat you like an old friend.

Everyone that works there is always extremely nice and very professional. I’m a VA Patient at 100% and they don’t always catch everything. I have peace of mind in knowing that your dentists will catch and fix what The VA misses.

If you have a fear of dentists and want the ABSOLUTE best customer service this is where you want to go. I have to drive an hour to get them and would not change a thing. I met at least 8 people in this building and cannot believe that there was not 1 person who did not greet me and treated me so kindly! Dental care was unbelievable. I had to have an extraction that I was terrified to have done. I literally had no idea it was out after about 1 minute. Completely and highly recommend!

Great staff everyone really cares about you and make you feel at ease. The front desk professionals are always nice and courteous! They make sure they find options for your scheduling needs. They dental hygienists are extremely knowledgeable and skilled and take the time to explain your procedures. The network of dentists available at the site can handle your dental needs. You won’t be disappointed for the service you receive. You owe it to yourself and your mouth and your family’s too!!

My experience at Gentle care Dentistry is always fantastic. The staff are caring, kind, and professional. Haley is excellent and provided me my treatment, as she has in the past, and she did am amazing job!

I had an emergency and they were able to get me in fairly quickly with Dr. Thomas. His assistant was very thoughtful! She listened to all my concerns and shared them with Dr. Thomas. She was thoughtful during the whole appointment. He came into the room and showed just as much concern. He fixed my problem and I was very pleased. Thank you both!

My dentist Vanessa was very clear with communication and was very attentive and caring to my needs. I felt safe and genuinely listened to when voicing my concerns.

I have been coming to Gentle Care Dentistry for about 15 years now. I appreciate the front desk staff, the hygienists and dentists. They have all been kind, understanding and knowledgeable. My whole family of 6 all receive care here.

I have the best Dental Hygienist. She knows my dental health and makes sure I am getting quality care. She pays attention to detail which necessary for my dental care.

Best experience I have had so far very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Good prices and good music to nice pictures of the organ mountains so felt like local and clean. Almost like a Neibor.

Never been a fan of dentists as I’m sure few are. But Ashley and staff made me feel relaxed. Always making sure I was good. Got a call a day after to see how I was doing. Even have options to choose from for my comfort level. Love these people!

Absolutely Amazing!!!!!!My daughter fell Saturday, chipped her front tooth. I called Saturday afternoon and she got an appointment first thing Monday. Tooth is fixed and you can’t tell 1/2 broke off. Everyone from the front desk was friendly, smiling. The hygienist Penny took her time explaining everything to my daughter. Dr Drew Marketto and has staff are the best.

I have had great anxiety over the dentist in the past. I tried Gentle Care Dentistry after my husband recommended them when I had a dental emergency. They got me in as soon as possible to deal with my emergency. They were absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and not anxious. I am so thankful I found them!!

First class service, very impressed. After 30 years of experiencing military dentistry, I was blown away by the care, thoroughness and efficiency of the appointment. They did it all in one appointment. Something that would have taken military dentistry three visits.

This was my first visit. I had work done on two teeth and a cleaning, and everything went well. They all spend time making sure you are comfortable. No pain at all. Jokingly the most challenging part was keeping my mouth open.

A great experience from start to finish. Very professional, well equipped and kept me informed as we progressed through the procedures. Wow, they even gave me a welcome gift as a new patient ; ) and had a “menu” of complimentary comfort benefits such as lip balm, neck pillow support, sun glasses to cut down on the bright lights, warm facial cloth for cleaning up after treatment and much more. I highly recommend their “gentle care” process for patients. Every person did their job well and with kindness.

Chris Thomas, D.D.S., and his staff are the nicest people. Dr. Thomas listened to my history and concerns, took X-rays, and discussed my options for care. If only, I’d been his patient sooner, I’d be further along in treatment. I’m happy he’s made a plan for my care and know he has required expertise.

I was taken in on my appointment time promptly and the new Dentist doing my routine exam was very thorough. The Hygienist was extremely thorough, friendly, and highly professional. Overall my visit went well and I was highly satisfied!
